Returns or Exchange

Each product is made individually and with a great amount of care. We hope that you will be happy with your goods, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will at our option, either exchange them or refund your money subject in each case to the goods being returned to us unused and in their original condition, within 7 days of you receiving the same. We cannot be responsible for the cost of return postage, other than for faulty items. Please ensure that you receive proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
